Teclógica aimed at innovation to gain a prominent place in the national ICT scenario. One of the company’s biggest bets is corporate mobility. So much so that it is finalizing the development of a product for the segment incorporating software engineering and cloud, with a launch scheduled for the beginning of the second semester.
And the bet is so strong that the expectation, in the next 24 months, is that this area will account for 30% of revenue, which currently stands at around R$ 15 million.
“We are attentive to the scenario, and with the explosion of devices like smartphones and tablets, this corporate mobility area is gaining priority in companies. Everyone wants to simplify data access for sales forces, but securely.”
The cloud mobility solution is being finalized – 100% developed in the Research and Development area – and targets the civil construction, healthcare, energy, education, marketing, and human resources sectors.
The use of IT in these sectors will be a preponderant factor to improve process efficiency, control costs, speed up decision-making, and mobile computing technology can innovate in service delivery for these market niches.
The bet on corporate mobility translates into the resources involved in developing this product – about R$ 1 million. Today, the company’s biggest dilemma is the training of qualified labor to work with corporate mobility.
“We have difficulty finding an IT professional. What we are doing is conducting internal courses and training them. Thus, we are able to serve companies throughout the country. It is also a strategy to consolidate our cloud services“.
Investments in corporate mobility are linked to the company’s strategy of adding more services to its clients. To this end, this year the company launched a consulting business unit to, in addition to meeting mobility demands, generate SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and BPM (Business Process Modeling) projects.
With clients like Bunge and AES in its portfolio, Teclógica is also preparing to stay a step ahead of its competitors. The company is very close – having already passed the first stage – to obtaining the CMMi for Services certification.
