Teclógica, an IT and business process management company, has created Universidade Teclógica, aimed at training its own employees and professionals wishing to enter the IT field. The courses have benefited companies in the region of Blumenau (SC).
“Professionals who take the courses have no commitment to Teclógica. It can even benefit other companies in the region. This is actually a social responsibility initiative by Teclógica, because besides investing in the students’ development and professional training, we also collaborate with the market by qualifying people”, says Teclógica’s DHO Manager, Leandro Carlos Pereira. According to him, the company absorbs about 70% of the personnel graduated from the university.
The courses feature comprehensive content. “The interesting thing is that we are not talking about basic courses of just a few hours. They are long and in-depth, with a workload of 250 hours. In total, we have already offered more than 3,000 hours of courses at Universidade Teclógica”. Since 2008, it has graduated more than 500 people, including employees and the external public.
