On June 7, 2016, at the Carlos Gomes Theatre in Blumenau, takes place the 1st INOVAGENE: Innovative Lecture Circuit, an event organized by Instituto Gene, which seeks to discuss actions of innovation and entrepreneurship.
For this first edition, the event brings Bel Pesce and the lecture “Innovating every day”. In it, Bel shows that innovating is less complicated than it seems and, through fun stories and experiments based on common sense and simplicity, that innovation is not a rocket science, but rather the combination of curiosity and observation with collaboration.
The Girl from the Valley
Bel Pesce was voted one of the 100 most influential people in Brazil by Época magazine. She is also the first Brazilian woman to win the global Cartier award, and considered one of the 30 most promising youths in the country by Forbes Magazine.
Author of three books, among them “A Menina do Vale” (The Girl from the Valley), with more than three million downloads, Bel also invests in her newest project, FazINOVA, an entrepreneurship and innovation school that helps people around Brazil achieve their dreams.
