Luiz Carlos Mesquita Scheid, Director of Teclógica, in a statement to CRM talks about the creation of the company’s Channel Program.
After having started its operations in the corporate mobility products segment, the creation of a channel program became vital for the company to gain capillarity.
With the aim of gaining capillarity and conquering new markets, Teclógica is launching its channel program, which aims to qualify IT sector companies to implement corporate mobility products, a segment that has become one of the company’s major investment focuses.
The goal is to win between five and seven resellers by the end of 2012, and the expectation is that 25% of Teclógica’s revenue in the next three years will come from channels. To enter this aspect with full force and build a solid channel program, Teclógica relied on the consultancy of Market Growing. “When starting a new commercial policy in the company, it is very important to always be attentive to the changes the market has been going through and to rely on experts to develop a strategic and efficient channel program”, states Luiz Carlos Scheid, director of Teclógica, in a press release.
He points out that Teclógica is looking for companies whose main activity is the sale, implementation, training, and support of IT solutions, such as value-added resellers and service providers from all over Brazil, and who are interested in complementing their portfolio with the offering of corporate mobility projects.
To the brand’s new resellers, the company offers a differentiated and quality infrastructure, which includes: a technical and commercial training program, exclusive methodologies for implementation and sale, and technical support via a specific tool for ticket control with remote access and even on-site access when necessary.
“We will also offer commercial support, prospect referral, joint promotion of targeted events and national channel conventions, advertising in specialized media, and promotional material (banners, giveaways, catalogs, and electronic folders)”, concludes Scheid in a statement.
