Service performed by Teclógica developed actions related to the company’s IT infrastructure
Headquartered in Blumenau and with units in São Miguel do Oeste and Itapiranga, Bavihaus, a beverage store specialized in beers ranging from conventional to imported and Brazilian craft ones, chose to invest in technology to reduce costs and update its infrastructure, which was previously hosted on-premises.
The company started using a hybrid solution that allows cloud access for all units, ensuring availability and security for all transactions carried out.
The service was delivered by Teclógica, a technology company from Blumenau specializing in solutions and projects, which developed actions related to the company’s IT infrastructure.
The main challenge, according to Valdir Bido, co-owner of Bavihaus, was migrating all of the company’s system data to the cloud.
“We use Sysmo software and we are the first client to choose the cloud for storage. For Bavihaus, this change means cost reduction, since we won’t need to invest resources in database infrastructure, in addition to faster communication and innovation in our processes,” he states.
Now, in addition to all storage being in the cloud, operations take place online, including the sharing of information between branches.
The project took about 30 days and currently 14 users access the software daily.
